IFB2025-03 - Fifth Street Improvements Project

The work to be performed under this contract includes roadway widening of Fifth Street from Woodlands Boulevard to just East of Castle Crest Drive, including new traffic signal installation at the intersection with Valley Drive.  The work included in this contract generally includes: removals of existing asphalt pavements, earthwork, dry utility relocation coordination, installation of new storm drain system, waterline installation, storm drain inlets and manholes, new traffic signal installation, structural retaining wall construction (MSE and gravity block), construction zone traffic control, erosion control installation and maintenance, hot mix asphalt placement, chemical subgrade treatment (cement), concrete flatwork, pavement markings, and sign installation.
