IFB2025-10 - 2026 Bridge Maintenance Project

The work to be performed under the Perry Street bridge over Sellars Gulch contract includes:
• Removal and replacement of sidewalk and curb
• Removal of overlay off of bridge deck and approach slabs and taper tie-in for new bridge deck
overlay on approach slabs
• Sound bridge deck and identify removals
• Class 2 and 3 removals and patching from the top of the bridge deck
• Place new Polyester Polymer Concrete (PPC) overlay on bridge deck and approach slabs
• Saw and seal at abutment joints
• Concrete sealer on sidewalk on bridge deck
• Replace missing stone on fascia of west railing
