The Town of Castle Rock shall retain the RFP, and all related terms and conditions, exhibits, and other attachments, in original form in an archival copy. Any modification of these, in the vendor’s submission, is grounds for immediate disqualification.

The Town of Castle Rock is a Colorado municipal government responsible for an area encompassing more than 33 square miles and with a current population greater than 60,000 citizens. The Town employs more than 400 people (full and part-time) working across seven separate facilities, including Town Hall, a Police building, Fire station with multiple substations, two Recreation Centers, a Public Works Utility complex, Utility headquarters with multiple substations, and a Golf Course location.
