Description

The Town of Castle Rock Water Department (Castle Rock Water) requests bids from
qualified landscape contractors (Contractors) to perform landscape and irrigation
services for the Town’s 2017 Landscape Maintenance Program. The term Facility as used in this section includes buildings, the surrounding landscape, and the associated irrigation system. The work to be performed consists of maintenance of irrigated landscape and xeriscape at several Town
facilities.

The completed Bidders Qualifications and Fee Schedule shall be enclosed in a sealed
package marked “Proposal for 2017 Landscape and Irrigation maintenance
Program” and addressed as identified below. Each package shall be legibly marked in
the upper left-hand corner with the name and address of the Contractor.
Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m., on Friday, March 31, 2017. Proposals
received after this time and date will not be accepted. Submittals shall be delivered to
