NOTICE OF INTENT TO PARTICIPATE: Each contractor interested in attending the Voluntary Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference is required to submit a “Notice of Intent” no later than 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, in order to receive the WebEx link. Once contractor has submitted “Notice of Intent” the Buyer will email meeting link to contractor. Notice of intent must be submitted in writing through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing website (www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado) via the automated “Bid Intent” function.

VOLUNTARY VIRTUAL PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A voluntary virtual pre-proposal conference will begin at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 via Webex. Respondents are encouraged to attend. It is recommended that bidders plan on approximately 30-45 minutes for the pre-bid conference.
