SCOPE OF INFORMATION REQUESTED:
Vendors are requested to provide details on their capabilities, solutions, and recommendations related to
partnerships, philanthropy, and work-based learning. Examples of desired functionality include:
a) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionality
b) Project/grant management
c) Volunteer management

d) Donor pipeline monitoring
e) Donor/partner contact reports, including integration with telephone/email/social media
f) Communication with stakeholder groups. Include details about integrated tools and advanced features
such as AI personalization with various communication tools (e.g., messaging, email, social media, etc.)
g) Work-based learning workflow (including student/partner information, legal agreements,
student/parent agreements, worksite check-ins, experience evaluation, etc.)
While a holistic approach that can be supported by a single solution is desired, the district recognizes that this
may not be possible and would encourage information on products that meet one or more of the areas outlined
below along with information on interoperability, the ability to reduce redundancy, and minimizing duplicate
data entry across multiple solutions.
