24638 - Print Management Software

The District is looking for qualified vendors to provide a Print Management application which should allow staff to control and track printing by user at the 181 various District sites for all network HP printers and all multi-functional copier equipment managed by the District’s Copier Program. The purpose of this management tool is to capture utilization and provide common management of the HP Network printers and multi-functional copier equipment.  Functionality should include readings for the printing devices and individual users in a simple electronic format.  By capturing the utilization of the printing devices the District would be able to identify costs related to those devices and make better business decisions related to the utilization of printing devices.
