R/R Approx 315 ft Existing Rail Fence. 6"x6" Posts Cedar, ChamferedTops; Set in Concrete footing; 6ft - 8ft centers between posts, max 8ft; 2"x6"x8" (mx) Horizontal Cedar rails secured to posts with appropriate fasteners. Opening in fence to be as currently installed.
Detail work to be performed.
Site location is approxiamtely at 17125 E Crestline Avenue, Centennial CO 80015. The site is in the City limits of Centennial. Vendor must obtain all necessary permits.
Care must be taken to miniimize damage to Grass in the area and to avoid damage to irrigation systems, utility lines etc in the area of the project.
Site is readily accessible for viewing/inspection.
