Event Note

A representative from each interested CMAR firm should attend. Attendance is NOT mandatory, however, it is highly encouraged. Firms unable to attend in person may request virtual meeting access by contacting Kevin Booth at kbooth@co.routt.co.us. The interested CMAR shall be required to become familiar with site conditions prior to submitting a proposal. During the meeting, a presentation will be made to describe the overall Scope of Services and intended schedule of the Project. Interested firms may ask questions and request clarification about the Project and the procurement process. A visit to the Project site will be conducted at the conclusion of the meeting.
