RFTA seeks proposals from qualified and licensed electricians to provide electrical services on an as-needed and emergency basis. RFTA has many facilities throughout the Roaring Fork Valley both commercial and residential. The selected electrician will perform services in either scenario. Locations include:
•Aspen Maintenance Facility, Aspen
•Carbondale Maintenance Facility, Carbondale
•Carbondale Office, Carbondale
•Travelers Office, Glenwood Springs
•IT Office, Glenwood Springs
•Parker House Employee Housing, Carbondale
•Main Street Employee Housing, Carbondale
•Rubey Park Transit Center, Aspen
•Rio Grande Trail corridor between Glenwood Springs and Aspen
•RFTA bus stops located between Parachute and Aspen/Snowmass
Part II Scope of Services
The service provider must provide labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision for all services performed in a professional manner and to the current version of the International Building Code specifications. The successful service provider shall provide a full range of electrical services on an as-needed basis including, but not limited to inspections, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, repairs, testing, and/or replacement of:
•Conduit, wiring, junction boxes, fixtures and electrical equipment to repair or replace existinginstallations.
•Panel/Breaker installation/replacement
•Electrical systems;
•Motors;
•Pumps;
•Transformers;
•Relays and other facilities or trails equipment
•New equipment;
•Work associated with renovations;
•Landscape, Park and Ride and Bus Stop lighting;
•Heat tape;
•Power and control wiring;
•Complete load analysis;
•Residential improvements and/or replacement systems;
•Underground locates
•Concrete Snowmelt Systems;
•Emergency services
