2025-OPS-003 - 2025 RBC Fairfield Apartment Painting Project - Physical Bid Submission Mistake

Rio Blanco County (the “County or Owner”) is seeking a Contractor for the RBC Meeker Fairfield Apartment Painting Project (the “Project”) at 200 Main Street., Meeker Colorado 81641. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (the “IFB”) is to have a Contractor (the “Bidder”) submit a written response (the “Bid”) to specifically address the services required, fee, and provide a well-considered plan of execution for those services.

This project seeks to secure qualified professional services for the complete exterior preparation and painting of four (4) apartment buildings—Units A through D—at the Fairfield Apartment Complex in Meeker, Colorado. These buildings collectively comprise a total of 24 residential units. All work shall be executed in accordance with industry standards and best practices for multi-unit residential exterior painting and surface preparation.
