There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting at the Intersection of Highway 285 and Chaffee County Road 280 on November 29, 2017 at 1:00 pm. If a proposer cannot attend, it is imperative that someone else attend as a representative of the company, otherwise, their bid will not be accepted at the time of bid opening.
Due to the time of year and mountain driving conditions, it is highly encouraged that prospetive bidders closely watch weather forcasts and plan their drives accordingly.
