Pre-bid meeting will be held in groups of no more than 10 individuals at a time, in 45-minute time slots in order to comply with the Governor’s orders regarding COVID-19 public health concerns, starting at the time indicated below. Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times during the walkthrough, including face masks. Interested parties must contact George Reichert and Jeffrey DeHerrera with the District via email (greichert@pwmd-co.us, jdeherrera@pwmd-co.us) by 3:00 PM on Friday May 22 to allow for proper scheduling of groups. A maximum of one attendee per company is requested to comply with COVID-19 requirements. All individuals planning on attending must complete the District's COVID-19 questionnaire the morning of the meeting and have a signed copy for District personnel. Addenda will be posted only on the RMEPS websites. It is the bidder’s responsibility to verify, via one of the above websites, whether any addenda were issued.
