The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to rehabilitate existing 8” clay sewer mains by the installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) into the existing main. Work will include bypass pumping, sewer cleaning, closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection of sewers to be lined, installation of liner, reconnection of service connections, final closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection, and all other related work. The District does not have CCTV video of the project locations. The amount of sewer main to be lined is estimated at 14,000 lineal feet and the service connections to be restored are estimated at 160. The project is anticipated to be outside of the roadways in Pueblo County rights-of-way. The lining will occur in one contiguous area of Pueblo West. All such work shall comply with these specifications and the specific product manufacturer’s recommendations. Any conflict between the product manufacturer’s recommendations and any portion of the contract documents shall be resolved with the Owner prior to proceeding with the work.
