The Pueblo City-County Library District, herein after (“PCCLD”)
is soliciting proposals up to available funding though our E-Rate discount
from qualified vendors via this Request for Proposal (RFP) for
recommendations and purchase of service agnostic mobile hotspots,
service, warranties, licenses and additional related services by a per unit
cost as described:
Vendors submitting proposals for the mobile
hotspot device and service should use the minimum system configuration below in
accordance with E-Rate eligibility rules and requirements for hotspots. Bids should
match these requirements; however, vendors are encouraged to suggest alternate
items that provide the same or better service (additional technical specifications
below) along with a full-service, one-year service agreement that includes, but is not
necessarily limited to: cost of mobile hotspots, licensing, mobile device management,
for hotspots and service via a per unit cost. Note that recommendations outside of
the below specifications should be provided as an alternate cost from the proposal.
All hotspot upgrade(s) and maintenance should be included in the one-year
agreement cost. Bids are required to have hotspots & services and list each
provider that you have for service with the hotspot.
