04-2025 - Endpoint and Server Antivirus

The Pueblo City-County Library District, herein after (“PCCLD”) issues
this Request for Proposal (“RFP) for 400 end device antivirus licenses as well as
40 server licenses, and services as described in the Scope of Work Section 8.
The district intends to apply for discounts on the Scope of Work listed in this RFP
through the federal Universal Service Support Mechanism for Schools and
Libraries, commonly known as “E-rate” but may also use budgeted operating funds
for procurement. Several criteria and restrictions pertinent to the E-rate program
are included herein Section 10 (E-Rate Requirements) and must be met by the
successful vendor in order for the proposal to be considered a Qualified Proposal.
