Poudre School District (the “District”) is requesting information from professional and qualified vendors (“Vendor”) for viewing and managing school bus camera footage as described in this Request for Information (“RFI”). This RFI aims to gather detailed information about potential solutions for both general education and special needs routes to enhance safety, security, and operational efficiency. The District will evaluate responses to this RFI to establish budgetary and functional requirements for a potential future procurement. This is not an Invitation for Bid or a Request for Proposal.
