Description

The purpose of this invitation for bid (“IFB”) is to solicit bids from qualified General contractors for all material and labor required for the major renovation which may include but not limited to replacing selected doors, frames & hardware: replacing exterior wall pack lights: replace restroom floor surfaces: replace existing gas fired furnaces and DX rooftop compressors; upgrade existing DDC controls with new throughout entire project; replace existing unit ventilators (Annex only) with VUV’s; add cooling unit to existing IT equipment room; overlay existing metal roof with insulation and new PVC membrane; and replace existing gas fired water heater as per referenced in the drawings and specifications provided by Kalert Consulting Group, LLC.
