Vendors planning to submit bids are required to be represented at a Site Visit on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, 01:00 p.m. The site visit will begin promptly on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 01:00 p.m. MT at the southwest entrance of French Field. Please RSVP an intent to attend by sending an email with the site/s listed out to
strategicsourcing@psdschools.org. In the event the Mandatory Site Visit is cancelled, the Procurement Agent will notify vendors that have RSVP’ed to attend the Site Visit. Vendors who attend a cancelled Site Visit will not receive credit for attendance.

In the event the District is unable to host the scheduled site visit, a Rain Date Site Visit is scheduled for December 8, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. MT. The site visit will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. MT at the southwest entrance of French Field.
