Summary of Specifications:
The scope of the prospective engagement will be to perform a financial and compliance audit of Poudre School District R-1 for the 2009 fiscal year (July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009). The firm selected will be expected to provide audit services in accordance with the specific standards, provisions, and requirements as described in this RFP. Additionally, the district may engage the selected audit firm of certified public accountants to provide agreed-upon procedures during the 2009 fiscal year.
