Summary of Specifications:
Aerial photography will need to be collected and color digital orthophotographs created for approximately 283.5 sq. miles within Pitkin County. The final imagery needs to be fully compatible and spatially integrated with the existing GIS database. New orthophotography will be used internally and by other agencies for various planning and operational purposes, to update existing GIS planimetric features, and will be available for the public.
