Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), Park County Public Works department, hereinafter referred to as County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified contractors to conduct excavation, foundation, concrete, and utility work for the installation of a bunk house building at the Park County Sheriff’s office building. This will include a grade beam, 40 concrete piers for foundation, tapping into the Town of Fairplay’s existing water, sewer, and electrical lines, and excavation and compaction dirt work.
