HT2025-002 - Paris Mill Rehabilitation

Park County is seeking contractor to address the next phase of rehabilitation at the Paris Mill located on the eastern slope of the Mosquito Range. This 1895 mill is an important historic resource of the area and a priority preservation project for the community. The proposed scope of work, phase 8, addresses accessibility and interior rehabilitation. The Paris Mill is one of the few intact mills remaining from this era in Colorado due to its extensive machinery, engineered systems, structural elements and architectural aspects. Phase 8 construction of the mill is a natural continuation of work and another important step in this multi-phase preservation project.
