IFB 2026000063 - Invitation For Bid IFB 2026000063 Crowdstrike Enterprise Agreement

The State of Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB). OIT seeks proposals from authorized resellers for CrowdStrike Brand-Name specific Cybersecurity Solutions. In accordance with section Colorado Revised Statute (CRS) 24-110-201, this solicitation will result in a cooperative “Enterprise Agreement” available for use by the State Agency issuing this solicitation and other organizations including: local agencies, municipalities political subdivisions, city and county governments, public utilities, public schools districts, and State Institutions of Higher Education. Conditions and rates set forth in the awarded cooperative Enterprise Agreement, each agency or entity ordering goods or services under the contract will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with its orders.
This IFB is a formal solicitation, the outcome of which is a single single contract awarded to the lowest (cost) responsive and responsible bidder. This agreement will establish terms and conditions, as well as unit pricing and for all subsequent purchases. The contract resulting from this IFB will carry an initial mandatory term of one (1) year and four (4) optional one-year renewal periods, for a potential total term of five (5) contract years.
