23012-3 - Statewide Outpatient Services

The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the Judicial District’s Problem-Solving Courts (PSC) and Probation Department (Probation), referred to herein as “the Judicial Department, or the Department” issues this 3rd round statewide Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the purpose of contracting with, and creating a list of, qualified providers of outpatient services for adult and juvenile probationers, referred to herein as “probationers,” being supervised by the Judicial Districts, PSCs, and/or Probation. Outpatient services include but are not limited to treatment services in the fields of substance use, mental health, DUI, domestic violence, cognitive behavioral therapy, specialized treatment, and case management, but excludes such services as inpatient and sex offender evaluation and treatment (A more exhaustive list of possible services may be found on the Judicial Website dedicated to this solicitation). Contractor providing services and/or indicating that you provide the specific services below,  you are attesting that you meet all licenses and certification requirements from DORA, OBH and/or the DVOMB.
