Description

The State of Colorado Judicial Department issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to seek qualified provider(s) to provide Polygraph Services for sex offense probationers that are being supervised by a Colorado Judicial Probation Department and for Defendants that are in a pre-sentencing stage of criminal justice proceedings. This RFQ seeks providers that are capable of serving one or more of the Colorado Judicial Districts located in the State of Colorado. Providers are NOT required to serve the entire State, but may, if they are able to do so. Respondents may respond if interested in performing services in any District within the State of Colorado.

Qualifications must be received by the date and time indicated within the Electronic Bidding System to be considered for award. Qualifications must be submitted electronically via the Electronic Bidding System. Late Qualifications and Qualifications received by any other means will not be accepted or considered for award. It is the Respondent’s responsibility to ensure that they leave adequate time to submit all materials electronically.
