Description

The State of Colorado Judicial Department issues this Informal Service Request (ISR) for the purpose of selecting a contractor to finalize, implement, and revise a performance evaluation process for Chief Judges in each of Colorado’s 23 judicial districts.

The goal of this project is to provide meaningful, structured feedback to Chief Judges from judicial officers, staff, and where appropriate, external stakeholders, to support continuous professional development and strengthen judicial district administration. Over the course of this engagement, the Contractor will also support the adaptation of the evaluation process for future use with the Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court and the State Court Administrator.

The Judicial Department anticipates an agreement for 3 years with up to 2 optional extensions of 1 year.

The initial budget for this project is $150,000, which represents the maximum available funding for the anticipated project term.
