21018 - 18th Judicial District Outpatient Services

The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the 18th Judicial District Problem Solving Courts (PSC) and Probation Department (Probation) issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the purpose of contracting with, and creating a list of, qualified providers of outpatient treatment services for probationers being supervised by the 18th Judicial District PSC’s and/or Probation. Outpatient treatment services include substance use treatment, mental health treatment, DUI treatment, and case management, but exclude sex offender treatment and domestic violence treatment. Respondents do not need to provide services in all areas to be eligible for award.
