The 2025 Fairgrounds ADA Parking project consists of removing existing sidewalks, rails, trees per Engineered Plans. Removing and installing new septic tank line from indoor arena to septic tank. Installing drainage as required in Engineered Plans. Excavating and installing new subgrade, Concrete and HMA Pavement per Engineered Plans. Installing and painting any necessary pipe, wheel stops, Concrete per Engineered Plans. Location of project is the North and West Sides of the Indoor Arena at the Montezuma County Fairgrounds located at 30100 US Hwy. 160, Cortez, Colorado.
