The proposed Work includes: Alteration and reconfiguration of the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District’s Technical Services Building (TSB) and RR&R Services Building (RR&R) located at 6450 York Street. Tenant finish Work for the TSB includes: modification to several existing modular office spaces, relocation of the 2nd floor Kitchen, remodel of the 2nd floor Men’s Room, carpet installation of the 2nd floor, HVAC and electrical modifications, window blast film removal and replacement and network upgrades. Tenant finish Work for the RR&R includes: remodel of the existing kitchen, carpet installation, interior painting and minor repairs to the exterior.
