The Metro Wastewater Reclamation District (Metro District or District) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from consulting entities (Firm) interested in providing task order-based consulting services for general engineering support. The purpose of this Solicitation is to select up to five (5) Firms qualified to bring technical expertise to the various professional engineering needs that are required for facility planning, design, and operation. All work will be located at Metro District facilities (Denver, Brighton, and Deer Trail, CO), with the majority of the work anticipated to take place at the Denver location, the Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility (RWHTF) located at 6450 York St, Denver, CO 80229.
The selected Firm(s) will be required to enter into an agreement using the Metro District's standard form, which is based on EJCDC documents. Each contract term will be five years with an upper limit of $250,000. Work will be issued by task order, which will set the specific scope, fee limit, time of completion, etc., of each work assignment. The Firm typically will be asked to begin within one week after issuance of a task order.
