PAR 1362 - Security Gate Replacements

The Metro Wastewater Reclamation District (Metro District or District) intends to hire a vendor to design replacement of the existing security gates at the north entrance of the Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility (RWHTF) located at 6450 York Street Denver, CO 80229, and the south entrance located at 5950 York Street Denver, CO 80229.
The selected firm will be required to enter into the District’s standard Preliminary Services Design/Build (D/B) Agreement (attached), which is based on EJCDC standard documents.  The project documents will be prepared in conformance with District standards that are based on EJCDC documents and CSI standards.
Assuming satisfactory performance during the design and receipt of a favorable construction proposal, the intent is to enter into a D/B construction contract with the selected vendor for the construction phase.
