Description

This Request for Statement of Qualifications (“RFQ”) is being issued by Metro Water Recovery, ("Metro" or “Owner”), to identify qualified vendors and service providers (“Proposer” or “Proposers”) for the implementation of the Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility (RWHTF) Biogas Utilization Project (“Project”). The Project will be delivered using a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) delivery approach. This RFQ is the first step of a two-step procurement process being conducted by Metro.
