1088 - NTP - Concrete Improvements

The proposed Work includes concrete improvements at Metro’s Northern Treatment Plant at 51 Baseline Road, Brighton, CO.  The major project elements are as follows:
   Area 260 – Demo existing sidewalk. Prep and install new FSB forklift ramp, approximately 230 SF.
   Area 310 – Remove rock/gravel area and replace with concrete paving, approximately 300 SF.
   Building 310 – Remove concrete curb and replace with mortar patch. 
   Area 410 – Prep and install new 17-foot wide concrete driveway at Primary Clarifiers, approximately 2130 SF.
   Area 530 – Prep and install various width concrete driveway at Secondary Clarifiers, approximately 1390 SF.
   Area 830 – Demo existing sidewalk, approximately 600 SF. Prep and install new driveway at Digesters, approximately 1400 SF. 
   Work also includes removal or relocation of irrigation as needed.
