Description

The Metro Wastewater Reclamation District (Metro District or District) intends to engage a consulting engineer or architect to complete the electrical/instrumentation design services for various replacements of Metro District assets currently in service but nearing the end of their useful life.
The selected firm will be experienced in providing a full range of services through the design phase for electrical and instrumentation asset replacements and will have expertise in the following areas:

- Motor Control Center (MCC) design, siting, and work sequencing
- Electrical load analysis (low voltage distribution)
- Locating raceways and underground duct bank to facilitate refeeding loads in nearby buildings
- Upgrading Allen Bradley SLC 500 series PLCs
- Designing ABB S800 remote I/O stations
