A one-on-one meeting and site visit with Owner’s staff may be requested through Mr. Norford, PM, and will be limited to one (1) per consultant. This meeting is confidential, and led by the consultant. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. To request a meeting, please contact either Mr. Norford at (303) 286-3293, anorford@mwrd.dst.co.us, or Ms. Blair Wisdom at (303) 286-3382, bwisdom@mwrd.dst.co.us, to arrange the date, time and desired Metro staff. All in-person meetings and site visits will be limited to a total of ten (10) people including Metro staff. All State and Metro guidelines in regard to COVID-19 must be followed. Metro-specific guidelines will be transmitted to consultant upon scheduling of a meeting. A valid driver’s license is necessary to enter Metro property. Accommodation will be dependent on staff availability, and no meetings with Metro staff will be scheduled after June 24, 2021.
