The Public Works Department of Mesa County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Consultants interested in a complete design for the Rosevale Road that will alleviate localized flooding. This project will include geotechnical investigation, environmental, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling. Additional requirements are obtaining ROW, permitting, alternative analysis benefit cost analysis, and 30% to 60% to 90% and final design plans. This contract is being partially funded by a grant award of Federal Funds through FEMA.
