Property Walk Q & A
Beginning September 13th, LHA Maintenance Department will open each property up for a Q&A session. ALL bidders/vendors may come on site to ask questions and look at the overall scope of work to be performed within the contracts. We will have a team of Loveland Housing Authority Representatives there to help answer any questions the vendor may have for the property and what our expectations are of that property. Below you find a scheduled of the properties and which days we will be visiting them. Vendors may include:
Appliance repairs, Backflow Testing, Blinds, Boiler maintenance and repair,
Carpet cleaning, Common Area Cleaning, Electrical Repairs, Elevators, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Sprinkler Testing, Fertilization, Flooring, Handy Man Services, HVAC Contract Labor, HVAC Preventive Maintenance, Interior Painting, Landscaping, Monitoring, Pest Control, Plumbing, Refinishing, Sewer, Snow Removal, Solar Panel repairs
