The Loveland, CO Housing Authority (LHA) has retained Berry Dunn McNeil & Parker, LLC (BerryDunn) to assist with an assessment of the current environment to determine if efficiencies may be obtained with different systems. LHA is reissuing this RFI in hopes of soliciting a broader range of software and pricing. LHA is interested in hearing from vendors who can provide housing and financial management functionality and human resources/payroll management functionality. LHA is also interested in vendors who may provide a subset of that functionality or partnerships between two or more vendors, such as housing and financial management or human resources/payroll management, provided that there is a demonstrated business and/or cost advantage.
The enclosed Microsoft (MS) Excel workbook contains three (3) worksheets where LHA is requesting information related to vendor(s) recommended modules, implementation timeline, and cost:
Vendor(s) recommended modules (Tab 1): Please provide vendor(s) recommended modules LHA could consider when implementing a modern housing authority ERP solution. Please also include recommended third-party modules, if any, to assist LHA with human resources management, payroll processing, and time and attendance.
Implementation Timeline (Tab 2): Please provide recommended phasing for the modules recommended in Tab 1.
Software as a Service (SaaS) Cost (Tab 3): Please provide a low-cost and high-cost estimate for software licensing, professional services costs, data conversion, and annual SaaS fees. In addition, please provide cost estimates individual for years 1 through 5 and a lumpsum for years 6 – 10.
In addition to completing LHA’s MS Excel workbook, vendors are encouraged to provide additional materials for LHA’s staff to review, including but not limited to, white papers, module brochures, videos and/or tutorials that may provide functional capabilities, and other relevant materials.
To meet the LHA’s requested timeline, we are asking that responses be returned no later than close of business on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, and we would appreciate them sooner, if possible. Please send the completed documents to Ross DeFalle at ross.defalle@berrydunn.com. If questions arise while completing the document, please contact Ross DeFalle via e-mail.
