2021.01 Moving Company - Brookstone: Renovation- Movers

Moving company shall perform the following services:
• Provide moving of 72 households (1-2 times each depending on final destination) all within the property or to a storage unit 1 block from the property.
• Packing supplies delivered and replenished at the property clubhouse for residents (should include- boxes, tape, packing material for breakable items)
• Move all furnishings and packed belongings to another apartment onsite or to and from the local storage facility.
• Move all furnishings and packed belongings back to apartments once specified renovation work is complete.
• Providing packing assistance potentially for approximately 15 households. Some residents are elderly and/or disabled and will require packing assistance.
• Walk the apartments with the resident and an LHA staff person before moving day.
• Manage all damage claims directly with resident households
• Clarify any potential move issues with LHA and resident before moving.
• Communicate professionally, effectively, and promptly with LHA staff and residents.
• Provide invoice per address with the date of service and unit number.
