PUBLIC NOTICE
The Loveland Housing Authority (LHA) is seeking contractors to provide abatement and demolition to two homes located at 901 and 905 W. 10th st. Specific descriptions and specifications for the work may be secured at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/lovelandhousingauthority
after June 2, 2022. Please note that vendors must register on BidNetdirect in order to submit their proposals electronically. Submittal of Bids will only be accepted through Bidnetdirect.com at no cost.

LHA will hold one 2-hour Q&A Session where ALL bidders may come on-site to ask questions. We will have our team there to help answer questions ANY vendor may have for the property and what our expectations of the project are. This will help you get a full understanding of the scope of work to help bidders with their bidding processes.

The CLOSING DATE for all Bids to be returned to the Housing Authority shall be 5:00 PM (MDST), July 1, 2022. Bids will not be publicly opened. All Bids must be submitted through Bidnetdirect.com. Bidders may call the Maintenance Department of the Loveland Housing Authority after 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 5th, to receive a listing of the names of all bidders submitting offers.

Proposals submitted will be evaluated by the Executive Director, Development Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Coordinator. This group will be referred to as the Proposal Evaluation Team (“PET”).

During the evaluation process, the PET reserves the right, where it may serve the LHA’s best interest, to request additional information or clarifications from proposers, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. At the discretion of the PET contractors submitting proposals may be requested to present their proposals in oral presentations and interviews as part of the evaluation process.

It is anticipated that the PET will select contractors on or about July 18th, 2022. Following the notification of the selected contractors, it is expected a contract will be executed between both parties by August 30th, 2022.
