Littleton Public Schools is seeking proposals from firms for the conversion of our current on-site security video storage system to a cloud-based solution. We are seeking qualified vendors with experience in providing secure and efficient cloud-based video storage solutions for security purposes. LPS currently maintains an on-site security video storage system, which has limitations in terms of scalability, accessibility, and disaster recovery capabilities. We are looking to migrate our existing video storage to a cloud based system to address these issues and enhance our overall security infrastructure. Our objectives for this project are to ensure secure and reliable storage of security footage in the cloud, provide seamless remote access to video footage for authorized personnel, implement robust data encryption and backup mechanisms, enhance scalability to accommodate future growth in video data, and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations. This transition will not only alleviate the limitations of our existing infrastructure, but also provide us with a scalable, cost-effective, secure, and accessible platform to store and manage our growing library of videos.
