Description

The Little Thompson Water District (LTWD) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or entities (Proposer) to provide a Feasibility Study that evaluates the installation of solar photovoltaic facilities at LTWD’s jointly owned reservoir site, Dry Creek Reservoir. The feasibility study should include analysis of electrical production and deliveries; production and sale of green hydrogen; and production and injection of liquid or gaseous oxygen into the reservoir. Sealed proposals must be received at their offices up to the hour of 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. Proposals may be submitted in printed form by postal or hand delivery.
