FMP002 - Raymond-Riverside Forest Management Project

The Watershed Center (TWC) is soliciting proposals for a contractor to conduct service work, including forestry and wildfire mitigation across approximately 55 acres (+/- 5 acres) of privately owned forest land in Boulder County, Colorado. This project aims to reduce stand density, reduce severe wildfire risk, and improve the ecological resilience of the forests on the involved properties. Through targeted treatments on private land, the project goal is to reduce wildfire risk to the surrounding community while promoting improved ecological function within forests and this headwaters area of the St. Vrain Watershed. This project has the potential to lead to subsequent forestry projects in the Raymond-Riverside area.
