2025-01 - Apple Valley River Restoration

The Watershed Center is soliciting proposals for design-build implementation river restoration project on North St. Vrain Creek titled Apple Valley River Restoration. The project is funded* via federal and state grant sources including Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Section 319 Nonpoint Source Program and Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) Watershed Restoration Program, and Natural Resource Damages (NRD) Program Assessment Funds.  Proposals are due electronically on or before 5:00 PM MT on 10/3/2025 to Deb Hummel at dhummel@watershed.center. Proposals may be submitted before this date/time, but any proposals received after this date and time may not be considered for award. Sole responsibility rests with the proposing team to see that their Proposal is received on time. The Watershed Center reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in part or in whole, and to award the proposal(s) to the most responsive and responsible design-build firm(s) as deemed in the best interest of The Watershed Center; further, the right is reserved to waive any formalities or informalities contained in said proposal(s).
