MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: March 28, 2025 @ 09:00 AM (Colorado Time)
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting will be held in the restaurant in the Blue Arena, located at 5290 Arena Circle, Loveland, Colorado. Representatives from both Larimer County and FRW Consult will be present to provide a guided tour and answer questions. Firms are instructed to arrive early and only bring those employees that are necessary to generate their bid.
IMPORTANT
Bids will ONLY be accepted from firms that attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Attending vendors are required to sign-in. Any bid received from a firm that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rejected. It is the firm’s responsibility to ensure that the business name on the Bid Form of their bid is the same name as listed on the mandatory pre-bid attendance sheet.
