1 - ORIGINAL proposal - addressing all of the items provided below. This original, confidential proposal will be evaluated and scored.
1 - REDACTED proposal - to satisfy public records requests.

Note: You will be required to attach one (1) file for the confidential proposal AND one (1) file for the redacted proposal; these may be the same file if your confidential proposal contains nothing that is confidential.
Proposals shall be a maximum of 30 pages with no significant font less than 10 pt, and address all items listed below, in the order as listed. Vendors are NOT to add items that are not requested below, if you chose to add additional items, then they will also be counted against the maximum page count.
Incomplete proposals, proposals that do not adhere to the page maximum, or proposals that do not address each of the following items in the order as outlined below may be rejected.
