Description

The Board of Larimer County Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids at the office of the Purchasing Director, 200 W. Oak Street, Suite 4000, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80521, up to 2:00 P.M. (our clock), on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work consists of widening CR 17 in the Southern Loveland/Northern Berthoud area from the Grand Market Ave Roundabout to CR 16, along with replacement of a bridge with a concrete box culvert, and installation of a storm sewer collection system. A portion of the storm sewer collection system will be required to be bored across US Hwy 287. Approximately 12,000 square yards of asphalt milling, 8,200 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, 6,700 cubic yards of import borrow, 13,300 tons of aggregate base course, 18,600 tons of hot mix asphalt, 68 cubic yards of concrete (Class D), 1,684 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe, 400 linear feet of bored steel pipe, 148 linear feet of 16' x 8' precast concrete box culvert, 425 linear feet of guardrail (Type 3), 3,425 linear feet of fencing, and construction traffic control are included in the work.

A Pre-bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM (our clock) on FRIDAY, JANUARY 24th, 2020, in
the Lake Estes Conference Room, located on the 3rd floor of 200 W. Oak Street Fort Collins, Colorado.
Representatives of Larimer County will be present to discuss the project and answer questions. Bidders are requested (not required) to attend and participate in the conference. Vendors should read the entire bid document prior to the meeting.
