The work consists of reconstructing approximately 0.75 miles of subdivision roads within the Horseshoe View Estates South Public Improvement District located in Northern Loveland, Colorado East of Highway 287 on the North Side of East 57th street. Approximately 4650 Cubic Yards of Unclassified Excavation, 4525 Tons of aggregate base course, 4000 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt Paving, and 200 square yards of concrete flatwork are included in the work.
