Summary of Specifications:
The La Plata County Board of County Commissioners through the Procurement Division is seeking bids for a County Official’s printing; specifically tax notices for the Treasurer’s Office. Contractor to provide one-stop services for all graphic design services, blank forms and forms printing, variable data printing for forms and envelopes, folding and inserting a County supplied document and mailed first class as needed to provide a tax notice in January and a delinquency notice in July. Property taxation is an important statutory function of the County. The County currently uses Eagle Systems for the data collection and automation of information. The quality and exact layout of the printed materials being used is critical to the process.
